Academic Director

2025-2026 academic year or earlier • paid

The academic director will join the school’s leadership team, playing an essential role in overseeing the curriculum for English-language courses, organizing training for teachers, supervising staff and leading special academic activities such as a poetry competition, standardized testing, and an annual reading program.

The person in this role will also assist in other aspects related to the daily running of the school, being present on-site to support day-to-day operations, as well as conducting teacher observations and mentoring.

The ideal candidate is available full-time but a part-time position is negotiable if other minimal qualifications are met. This is a paid position.

Homeroom/English Teacher 

2025-2026 academic year or earlier • paid

The teacher will join the school’s core staff, supervising students from one to two grades throughout the day, including for Fa study, recess and/or exercises, as well as teaching key subjects of English and History. 

Candidates with talents in other areas (such as dance, music, or physical education) are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time paid position.

Chief Operating Officer (COO) 

2025-2026 academic year or earlier • paid

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will play a critical role in the smooth day-to-day running of the school and in ensuring legal and financial compliance with state and federal laws. 

Key responsibilities include being present at the school every day to manage the day-to-day operations of the school, supervising the school’s finances and record-keeping, supervising maintenance of school facility, managing lunch service, organizing activities like field trips and holiday events, providing support to teachers as needed, and responsibly responding to emergencies and other serious incidents. 

The ideal candidate would be available full-time (40-50 hours per week), but a part-time position (20-25 hours per week) is negotiable if other minimal qualifications are met. This is a paid position.
